Greatland Resources Ltd (GGP AU) is an Australian gold and copper mining company operating the Telfer mine and the Havieron gold-copper project in Western Australia. The company is undertaking a corporate reorganization to establish a dual listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and London's AIM.

Greatland Resources is expected to list on June 24, 2025. The total offering raised AUD 490 million (approx. USD 318.2 million), priced at AUD 6.60 per share, the top of its range. This values the company at A$4.4 billion (approx. USD 2.86 billion). The deal comprised a AUD 50 million (approx. USD 32.4 million) primary offering and a AUD 440.4 million (USD 285.74 million) secondary sale by its largest shareholder, Newmont. The primary proceeds will reportedly be used for general corporate purposes and working capital.
