Venture Global, Inc. (Ticker: VG) is a U.S.-based liquefied natural gas (LNG) producer developing five LNG liquefaction and export projects near the Gulf of Mexico in Louisiana. Venture Global will list on the NYSE on January 24, 2025. The company is offering 70.0 million shares at a price range of $23.00 to $27.00 per share, with an estimated offer size of $1.89 billion. The offering includes a 15% greenshoe option of 10.5 million shares. The offering is managed by Goldman Sachs, J.P.
